Individualized training for people who want to lose an excess of 85 or more pounds. This program will include a nutritional meal guidance, strength training, and endurance training in a modified scenario for your current stage of health. A doctor's note and an interview process is required to enter into this program. Each individual will have a personalized workout to help shed body fat and produce growth of the muscles. Other health conditions will be taken into consideration while on this program. Once the individual maintains a functioning weight to begin our adult or youth fitness programs will we then transition them to our adult fitness program.
Individual Performance Training
Our multi-disciplinary approach allows for individuals of all stages of fitness (youth, collegiate, professional, non-able bodied, special needs, elderly) to gain access to training like an athlete. Modifications to exercises are created to adapt the program to fit the individual's needs. Our individual group training allows the potential for maximal effort training in a controlled environment.

This will motivate and challenge each youth or adolescent to become very active and create a healthy lifestyle. These programs are individualized and personalized to cater to the needs of each and every youth client. Private individualized training is available on a limited basis.
