COLLEGIATE PERFORMANCE TRAINING
Exclusive Performance Fitness creates an atmosphere for the collegiate level athletes to enhance one's maximal strength and speed movements. Collegiate athletes will have small groups of individual athletes training together to stimulate that competitive edge within each of them. Each individual will be provided a individualized workout based upon the biomechanical assessment required for the athlete to partake in training.
Exclusive Performance Fitness facilitates the enhancement of collegiate athlete's strength through a series of absolute strength, speed strength, rotational strength, vertical/horizontal/multidirectional power, and power/endurance hypertrophic based programs. With preparation, development, and application (PDA), one will receive increased gains in each of the desired areas of strength, speed, power, and endurance. Focus will be on the biomechanical principles of lifting to increase maximal strength/power/endurance within our multi-disciplinary approach. These programs consist of resisted/assisted, tempo, hypertrophic, and plyometric designed exercises to aid in development.
SPEED & SKILL DEVELOPMENT
Exclusive Performance Fitness facilitates the enhancement of maximal acceleration, top absolute speed, and optimal power development through a series of technique to application based exercises which develop the use of muscle-fibers, nerve-endings, and neurological pathways to build the biomechanics within the individual. With preparation, development, and application, (PDA) increases their ability to acheive maximal acceleration and sustain top speed. Focus will be on the biomechanics of running/sprinting, absolute acceleration, absolute speed, elimination of braking forces, and linear/multidirectional speed through the development of residual, recovery, transitional, ground preparation, and ground contact phases. First step quickness/acceleration and technique in preparation for combines or regional combines are available on a limited basis.
NUTRIENT TIMING & MEAL PLAN
Exclusive Performance Fitness facilitates the enhancement of collegiate athlete's health and wellness through preparation, development, and application (PDA) of healthy nutritional habits. Being a college student and eating is tough enough; being a college athlete coupled with meal planning and preparation is an asset to learn when developing speed and strength. Athletes will receive supplements in our nutrient timing process coupled with the meal plan to increase maximal strength/power/endurance within our multi-disciplinary approach.
Exclusive Performance Fitness facilitates the enhancement of collegiate athlete's health and wellness through its medical amenities including massage, chiropractic, muscle activation, and physical therapy. A healthy, free from injury athlete is the best athlete. Athletes will receive this care if coupled with the strength and speed training from highly certified specialists.
