Exclusive Performance Fitness facilitates the enhancement of one's potential strength development through a series of absolute strength, speed strength, rotational strength, vertical/horizontal power, multidirectional power, and power/endurance hypertrophic based programs. With preparation, development, and application (PDA) one will receive increased gains in each of the desired areas of strength, speed, power, and endurance. Exclusive focuses on the biomechanical principles of lifting and running to increase maximal strength, power, and endurance within our multi-disciplinary approach. These programs consist of resisted/assisted, tempo, hypertrophic, and plyometric designed exercises to aid in one's individual development.

Daniel Marks Jr. received his B.S. in 2009 and his M.S. with a specialization in Human Movement in 2011 at Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida.

Daniel is now the owner and operator of Exclusive Performance Fitness, a facility using the multi-disciplinary approach to exercise, performance, and education. He is responsible for implementing and directing performance programs for over 500+ professional athletes and 1000+ of youth and collegiate athletes.
Daniel has directed performance and nutritional programs for current NFL, MLB, and NBA athletes including Antonio Brown, Udonis Haslem (3x NBA Champion), Fred Taylor, Ahmad Bradshaw (2x Super Bowl Champ and Pro Bowl), Tavares Gooden (Super Bowl Champ), Jon Beason (Pro Bowl), Chad Ochocinco (Pro Bowl), Wes Welker (Pro Bowl and Super Bowl Champ), Michael Oher (Super Bowl Champ), Raul Ibanez (All Star), Mike Napoli (All Star), Manny Ramirez (World Series Champ, MVP and All Star), Miguel Tejada (AL MVP), Mike Morse (World Series Champion), and Joel Anthony (2x NBA Champion). He has also trained collegiate athletes for the NFL Combine. He trained the 2011 fastest combine athlete Demarcus Van Dyke (University of Miami) and in the same year the 3rd fastest athlete Chimdi Chekwa (Ohio State University).
